2. The petitioners are in custody since 01.11.2017 in connection with Maker P.S. Case No. 163 of 2017 for the offences alleged under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in connection with recovery of motorcycle which is said to have stolen from the house in which the petitioner is residing. It is submitted that as a matter of fact it is a joint house where several people live.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations, gravity of the offence alleged as well as the fact that the motorcycle has been seized from the Angan of the house of the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioners.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1964 of 2018 (2) dt.12-01-2018 The bail petition stands dismissed.
