JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-09-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though, the present writ petition was filed for directing the respondent Authorities to sanction the maternity leave but during the pendency of the present writ petition, the petitioner has been suspended, hence, the petitioner may be permitted to file a composite writ petition.

In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition.
