JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-10-2018 The present petition has been filed with a prayer to modify the order dated 07-05-2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27745 of 2018 to the extent, whereby it was directed that prayer for bail of the petitioner shall be considered side by side of bail petition, if filed by the husband of the deceased. In paragraph-4 of the present petition, it has been indicated that the petitioner, though father of the husband of the deceased, is not in a position to persuade his son to surrender and, as such, it would be difficult for hearing of bail petition of the present petitioner.

In view of statement made in paragraph-4 of the petition, it is necessary to modify the order dated 07-05-2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27745 of 2018 to the extent that the bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60541 of 2018(2) dt.03-10-2018 2/2 petition may be listed even in absence of petition filed on behalf of the husband of the deceased.

The order dated 07-05-2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27745 of 2018 is modified to the extent as indicated above. The petition stands disposed of.
