The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Ujjiarpur P.S. Case No. 28 of 2015 registered under Sections 302 and 201read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the gravity of the offence in which the wife of the petitioner was found killed and the materials collected during investigation, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner.
