Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 984 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a)/36 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He has no concern with the liquor in question. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 10.08.2018. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56243 of 2018(2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise Act, Muzaffarpur in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 984 of 2017.
