2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 999 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 379, 120(B), 160, 216, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. This is the second attempt for bail of the petitioner as earlier such prayer was rejected by order dated 24.05.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 28252 of 2023.

4. The petitioner is accused of killing four persons. The petitioner is involved in the said crime and the petitioner has criminal antecedents also.

5. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that a large number of similarly situated accused have been

6. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that the petitioner has three criminal antecedents.

7. The trial Judge has reported that the charges have been framed in the present case and the sessions trial is fixed for evidence. The trial Judge is directed to proceed with the trial.

8. The Superintendent of Police, West is directed to produce all the witnesses regularly so that the trial is not delayed and the right of the petitioner of speedy trial is not violated.

9. Considering the nature of allegation of killing four persons, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

10. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as observed above.
