The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Gamhariya P.S. Case No.27 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. It has been submitted that the police apprehended one Lalit Sharma (Tempo driver) from possession of whom a country made firearm along with one cartridge was recovered and 168 liters of Nepali liquor was recovered from the said Tempo. The said accused person disclosed the name of this petitioner. Nothing has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. He is in custody since 27.06.2018 having some criminal cases against

The learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the submission.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer of bail is allowed. The petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge IIcum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhepura, in connection with Gamhariya P.S. Case No.27 of 2018 (Excise Case No.44 of 2018).
