2. The earlier anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 04.08.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 2311 of 2022 with the observation that if the petitioner surrenders before the court below, similar relief shall be granted to her as to her husband, who was granted regular bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that she is a lady and she is apprehending that similar relief as granted to her husband may not be granted to her. 4.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80925 of 2024(5) dt.20-06-2025 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Barahiya P.S. Case No. 78 of 2021, subject to the following condition the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make herself available as and when required by the court.
