Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed petition before the Circle Officer, Rajgir for getting his name mutated but no order has been passed.

Having considered the facts, I dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the Circle Officer, Rajgir that if the petitioner has filed petition for getting his name mutated with regard to the land of plot no.508 and plot no.2895, khata no.81 situated in village Pilkhi, the petition of the petitioner be disposed of within four months from the date of this order in

Patna High Court CWJC No.20966 of 2019(2) dt.23-10-2019 2/2 accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition is disposed of.
