The petitioner seeks bail in Muffasil P.S. Case No. 240/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. His name has come in confessional statement of co-accused Abhinav Akarsh as recorded in para 70 of case diary. It is further submitted that aforesaid Abhinav Akarsh has already been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 57825/2018 dated 20.09.2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Muffasil P.S.
