The petitioners seek bail in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 145 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272, 273 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 35 and 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case only on suspicion. Further submission is that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. The petitioners have no
