The petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with Chanpatia P.S. Case No.336 of 2017, registered for offences alleged under Sections 25(1-B)A/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been falsely implicated in this case due to police mechanism. He submits that name of this petitioner has been brought in this case only because he has been earlier involved in some more cases. He further submits that in the all the cases which are mentioned in paragraph 3 of the application, the petitioner is on bail. It is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.276 of 2018 (2) dt.12-01-2018 submitted that there is no recovery from the possession of this petitioner.

Learned APP opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.15,000/- (fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Bettiah, District-West Champaran in connection with Chanpatia P.S. Case No.336 of 2017, subject to the conditions U/S 437(3) Cr.P.C.
