JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 30-08-2018 This application under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Cr.P.C.') has been filed for quashing the First Information Report (for short 'F.I.R.') of Civil Lines P.S. Case No. 348 of 2017 dated 25.05.2017 registered for the offences under Section 409, 420 and 120(B) read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

2. After some arguments, Mr. Sandeep Kumar learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the instant application in order to approach this court again in case an adverse
