Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is in custody since 02.08.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete against the petitioner. Allegation is against three persons including coaccused Pawan Kumar to have assaulted to the informant Baban Paswan. Pawan Kumar and others have already been allowed anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 24.10.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63810 of 2019. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the

No.65586 of 2019(2) dt.04-11-2019 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Agrer Police Station Case No. 63 of 2019, subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (b) Both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
