2. While rejecting the prayer for bail of the petitioner, it was observed vide order dated 01.08.2024 in Cr.Misc.No. 27577 of 2024 that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after one year, if the trial is not concluded till then.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the stipulated period has already lapsed and the trial has not yet been concluded.

4. According to the allegation, one country-made pistol, loaded with five cartridges, was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69580 of 2025(2) dt.10-10-2025 2/3 bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Siwan or the successor court in connection with Siwan Nagar P.S.Case No. 635 of 2023, subject to the following conditions (i). The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.

(ii). Before accepting the bail bond, the court below shall verify the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, and if it is found that he is involved in any other criminal case, except the cases, as mentioned in para-3 of the bail petition, his bail bond shall not be accepted.

(iii). One of the bailors must be a close relative of the petitioner, like mother, father, wife, brother or sister of the petitioner.

(iv). The petitioner shall appear physically on each and every date till framing of the charges.

(v). The criminal antecedents of the petitioner shall be verified from the S.P. Siwan (Bihar) as well as from the S.P. Deoria (U.P.).

6. Let a copy of this order be transmitted to the S.P. Siwan (Bihar) and S.P. Deoria (U.P.).
