The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Keoti P.S. Case No. 196 of 2021 registered under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. There is case and counter case between the parties. Further he submits that in the instant case, the first information report is filed after lapse of four days of the alleged occurrence.

Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 196 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
