2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Parnadabar P.S. Case No.136 of 2024 instituted under Sections 414, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner was arrested with stolen motorcycle.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to his four criminal antecedent in which he is on bail. The motorcycle was recovered from the road and petitioner has no concern with the said motorcycle. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 18.06.2024. Chargesheet has

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties, facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Nawada/ concerned Court in connection with Parnadabar P.S.
