The petitioners seek bail in Piprasi P.S. Case No. 38 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are in custody since 19.07.2018.

It is alleged that one loaded country made rifle was recovered from the hut of petitioner No. 1 under the bed of his Machan.

Petitioners are said to be in custody since 19.07.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioners is allowed. Let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran, in connection with Piprasi P.S.
