For direction and commanding the respondent authorities for demarcation of 3" or 3 1/25" feet leave land for road in all Raiyat (Private respondents) in their purchased land, it

(ii) For further direction to the private respondents 3" feet leave land for road according to their sale deeds meaning thereby three feet land have given by all Raiyat voluntarily (Private respondents) for making private Road for easy communication to the Petitioner alongwith other private respondents without prevent Road and barricating the road of the petitioner and his families whereby and whereunder if all raiyat 3 or 3 1/25 feet leave land both side as per sale deed private road would be 6 feet road get benefited to all."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.
