2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner was working outside the State and, therefore, due to his professional commitment, he failed to appear before the learned trial court within the prescribed time period as directed through Cr. Misc. No. 70299 of 2022 dated 05.05.2023.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission and for the reasons stated in the petition itself, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned trial court within three weeks i.e.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73275 of 2025(2) dt.17-10-2025 2/2 on or before 07.11.2025.

4. Rest of the terms and conditions, if any, as imposed through Cr. Misc. No. 70299 of 2022 dated 05.05.2023, shall remain the same.

5. In view of the aforesaid, the present modification petition stands allowed.
