JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-02-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Supaul Mahila P.S. Case No. 19 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366, 341, 376D/34, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 6 of POCSO Act. There is allegation of committing rape against the petitioner and other accused persons.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated as the victim girl in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has not taken name of the petitioner and he is in custody since 8.5.2019. Heard learned APP, who has also not controverted the above submission.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77073 of 2019(3) dt.24-02-2020 2/2 Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge, Supaul, in connection with Supaul Mahila P.S. Case No. 19 of 2019.
