ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 21-08-2024 Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the respondent no. 3 and the same is numbered as Appeal No. 413 of 2023. Learned counsel has stated that the Divisional Commissioner may be directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.15516 of 2023(2) dt.21-08-2024 2/2 respondent stated that he has no objection if the direction is given to the Respondent No. 3 to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner in accordance with law.

3. Having regard to the above made submissions, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 3 to dispose of the Appeal No.413 of 2023 and pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with law.

4. It is needless to mention that before passing any order the petitioner as well as Respondent No. 8 herein shall be put on notice and given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the party. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

5. With the above direction the writ petition stands disposed of.
