2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Piprahi P.S. Case No. 140 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section(s) 64, 89, 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, one Dharmendra Ray is said to have raped the victim girl. The petitioner is the father of the main accused Dharmendra Ray.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 30.07.2025. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner whereas specific allegation is against his son namely Dharmendra Ray.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar/concerned Court below in connection with Piprahi P.S. Case No. 140 of 2025.
