The petitioner is in custody in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 288 of 2019, G.R. No. 2172 of 2019 for the offences under Section 414, 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 29.07.2019. He further submits that petitioner is suspected in theft of motorcycle but nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with
