1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 22.03.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7101 of 2025 whereby the present petitioner has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail subject to the condition that the petitioner shall surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of order.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was arrested in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 292 / 2023 at the relevant point of time and due to that reason he could not surrender within time. He, accordingly, prays for further four weeks time to surrender before the learned
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70581 of 2025(2) dt.10-10-2025 2/2 District Court.
4. Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the time granted by this Court to surrender before the learned court below by order dated 22.03.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7101 of 2025 be extended by further four weeks from today subject to the condition that the petitioner shall deposit Rs. 5,000/- before the District Legal Services Authority, East Champaran at Motihari.
5. Accordingly, this application is allowed to the extent indicated above.
