The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with K. Nagar P.S.Case No. 188 of 2017, registered for offences punishable under Sections 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has come at the instance of the petitioner stating that in the order passed by this Court dated 28.09.2018, it has been mentioned in paragraph-2 of the second page of the order that in place of Rs. 3,09,800/- it has wrongly been mentioned as Rs. 3,09,8000/- as such, the learned counsel for the petitioner has prayed for modification of the order dated 28.09.2018 to that extent.

In view of the facts and circumstances the order

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57814 of 2018(3) dt.05-02-2019 2/2 dated 28.09.2018 is modified to the extent that the amount be read Rs. 3,09,800/- in place of Rs. 3,09, 8000/- and other part of the order dated 28.09.2018 shall remain the same. Let a copy of this order shall be communicated to the court concerned.
