The order of the writ Court was to examine the claim of the petitioner on his grievance that his wife is posted in the Indian Railway, Bhagalpur and as such, he may be allowed to remain there. At the relevant time, he was functioning at Akbarpur in the district of Bhagalpur. The order of the writ Court was on 05.09.2017.

Subsequently, the Bank came up with the order dated

Patna High Court MJC No.3735 of 2017(4) dt.01-08-2023 2/2 02.12.2017 (Annexure-C) by which he was allowed to remain at Akbarpur Branch.

In that view of the matter, no contempt is made out. It is the case of the petitioner that now he stands transferred. The Writ Court never gave any direction to the Bank to let the petitioner remain at Bhagalpur till his retirement. However, if he still has any grievance, he can agitate the same before the appropriate forum.

The MJC No. 3735 of 2017 stands disposed of.
