The instant writ application has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent authorities to consider the representation dated 24.06.2025 and, upon due consideration, to make payment of the remaining amount of earned leave for 108 days, admissible to the petitioner in parity with other similarly situated persons, namely Raj Kishore Ram, along with statutory interest from the date of retirement on 31.01.2025, and for any other reliefs to which the petitioner may be found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a representation for payment of earned leave for 108 days has been filed before Respondent No. 6, which is appended with the writ application as Annexure-P/4 at page 19.
4. It is further submitted that the said representation may be directed to be decided by referring to the relevant records, and if upon such consideration the petitioner is found entitled, the benefits may be directed to be extended in his favour.
5. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the same.
6. Accordingly, learned counsel for Respondent No. 6 is directed to take a final decision with regard to the petitioner's claim for earned leave by referring to the records within six weeks from today, and if upon adjudication the claims of the petitioner are found to be justified, the benefits shall be extended within a further period of four weeks.
7. In the result, the instant writ application stands disposed of.
