Petitioner is accused in connection with Special Case No. 25 of 2019 arising out of Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 68/2019 registered under Sections 8/20(a)(i) of the N.D.P.S. Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is aged about 75 years old. On perusal of the seizure list, nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 17.07.2019.
