2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No.240 of 2024 instituted under Sections 365 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant's daughter Runi Kumari and his grandson Satyam Kumar went out of the house but did not return. On search, it came to the knowledge of the informant that petitioner Ashok Chaudhary had abducted her daughter for the purpose of marriage.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to love affair. Learned counsel submits that victim gone with the petitioner by her own sweet will but due to mala fide

The petitioner is a young boy of 21 years having no criminal antecedent and he is judicial custody since 02.07.2024. Chargesheet has already been submitted in this case. Petitioner undertakes to cooperate in the trial of this case.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties, facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M, Danapur/ concerned Court in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No.240 of 2024.
