2. The petitioners have prayed for bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 384, 385 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation in the FIR, accused persons have fraudulently sold the informant's land by showing incorrect address and concealing correct fact in favour of the petitioners. It is further alleged that petitioners used to threaten the informant to implicate him for the offences punishable under the provisions of SC/ST Act, if he will not fulfill the ransom demand of Rs. Five lac.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case. Petitioners are innocent and the manner of allegations levelled against the petitioners are false. The matter relates to transfer of land and this is a civil dispute. Petitioner is in custody since 1.8.2023.
5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the informant.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Sugauli P.S.
