The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 147, 447, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 337, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the accused persons including the petitioner assaulted the informant by means of sword on his head, as a result of which he sustained cut injury on his head. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 27.07.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. Both the parties are agnates. For a petty reason the alleged occurrence is said to have taken place. The

As per the injury report, the injury is said to have been caused by hard and blunt substance. The injury report does not corroborate with the nature of allegations made in the F.I.R.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Purnia in connection with Baisi P.S. case No.250 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. No.3610 of 2018.
