The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 98 of 2018 registered under Sections 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused person has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 38062 of 2019 on 25.06.2019.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63327 of 2019(2) dt.17-10-2019 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 98 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
