ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 05-12-2023 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has stated that the present writ petition is not maintainable as the petitioner has already approached the AMRCD, New Delhi for redressal of his grievance. Therefore, the present writ petition may be disposed off with a direction to
Patna High Court CWJC No.17391 of 2022(6) dt.05-12-2023 2/2 the AMRCD, New Delhi to dispose of the dispute raised by the petitioner.

Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, having regard to the facts that the petitioner has already approached the AMRCD, New Delhi seeking redressal of his grievance, the present writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the AMRCD, New Delhi to dispose off the dispute pending between the parties herein as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of the receipt of the copy of this order.
3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has stated that the property which is subject matter of the present writ petition is being used by BIADA for its own use, therefore, the request made by the petitioner to direct the authorities not to create any third party interest is liable to be rejected.
4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
