Mr. SRI SHYAM KUMAR SINGH ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE S. KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This is an application for regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 497 of 2017 arising out of Bakhari P. S. Case no. 182 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Brother of informant was found in the house of Mahesh Tanti. It has been alleged in the FIR that for the last one year the deceased (brother) had affair with daughter of aforesaid Mahesh Tanti and as such, informant suspected that his brother was killed by petitioner and two others and cause of death is attributable to hard and blunt substance and also by sharp cutting weapons. Petitioner is a lady and has no criminal antecedent. She is in custody since 03.07.2017. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused has been granted

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1407 of 2018(3) dt.06-02-2018 2/2 bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure-2 to the petition.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. District and Session Judge-VI, Begusarai, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 497 of 2017 arising out of Bakhari P.S. Case no. 182 of 2017.
