2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 12 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 493, 376, 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to land dispute, he has falsely been implicated in this case by the informant.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. From the reading of the FIR, it appears that the petitioner was in relationship with the informant for three years.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., I/C Katihar, District- Katihar/concerned Court in connection with Mahila P.S.
