2. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Hathua P.S. Case No. 133 of 2023 for the offence under sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code lodged on 03.06.2023 by the informant, Ramashankar Ram.
3. As per the prosecution story, the informant, a Panchayat Secretary with Hatua Block, Gopalganj, alleged that the petitioner, on the basis of certificate, joined as a teacher but upon inquiry, it was found to be forged and accordingly, the FIR.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that her certificate was genuine but now that the inquiry committee has considered it as fake, she shall be pursing her civil remedy, she
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75095 of 2025(3) dt.24-02-2026 2/3 has resigned/dismissed, has no criminal antecedent and if granted bail, shall be diligently cooperating in the investigation/trial.
5. Learned APP opposes the prayer submitting that despite the long rope given by the Patna High Court in CWJC No. 12663 of 2022, she chose not to resign which followed the FIR.

Though it is unfortunate that Patna High Court in CWJC No. 12663 of 2022 gave long rope to the accused and she despite the same, chose not to resign but now that she has already been dismissed, has no criminal antecedent, is a lady, FIR is there and she shall be facing the music, in that background, this Court is inclined to extend her the privilege of anticipatory bail with conditions.
7. Let the petitioner be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the receipt of this order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Gopalganj in connection with Hathua P.S. Case No. 133 of 2023 subject to the following conditions:
(i) one of the bailor should be the family member/relative of the petitioner who shall provide official document (Aadhaar Card/Voter ID Card/Pan Card/Driving

(ii) the petitioner shall appear on each and every date before the Trial Court and failure to do so for two consecutive dates without plausible reason will entail cancellation of his bail bond by the Trial Court itself;
(iii) the petitioner shall be appearing before the Police Station as and when required for cooperating in the investigation; (iv) the petitioner shall in no way try to induce or promise or threat the witnesses or tamper with the evidences, failing which the State shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail bonds;
(v) the petitioner shall desist from committing any criminal offence again, failing which the State shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds. (Rajiv Roy, J) Adnan/- U T
