1. Heard learned counsel for the appellants and learned Special PP for the State, Ms. Usha Kumari No. 1.

2. The learned Special PP for the State, at the outset, submits that with change of the counsel, the stand of the appellants cannot change. It is next submitted that from perusal of Annexure-1, it would manifest that earlier the appellants had moved this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Criminal Appeal (SJ) No. 3325 of 2024 and the same was permitted to be

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.4706 of 2024(2) dt.07-10-2024 2/2 withdrawn by an order dated 29.08.2024, as such, it is submitted that this is the second attempt of the appellants to seek anticipatory bail.

3. The Court is not inclined to entertain the second anticipatory bail application.

4. Accordingly, the appeal is rejected.
