Petitioner seeks bail in Kudhani P.S. Case No.421 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 414/34 Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is submitted that total 35.280 litres foreign liquor has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has clean antecedents. He is in custody since 24.04.2018. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed.
