2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in Majourganj P.S. Case No. 125 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-25(1-b)a, 26 & 35 of the Arms Act.

3. Allegedly, two set bunch of motorcycle key is said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and is under custody since 13-04-2024. He has also submitted that on exactly similar footing, co-accused Niranjan Kumar has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 30.07.2024 in Cr.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72580 of 2024(2) dt.31-01-2025 2/2 Misc. No. 51923 of 2024.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Ist, Sitamarhi in connection with Majourganj P.S. Case No. 125 of 2024 with condition that the petitioner shall cooperate with the trial of the case and make himself available as and when required by the court. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) kundan/- U T
