This is an application for regular bail in connection with Barauli P. s. Case No. 205 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act. Informant, who is a police officer, has stated that he received confidential information that in the house of Hasmuddin criminals were assembling in order to commit some heinous crime. When police raided that house Hasmuddin and petitioner were arrested and from the possession of the petitioner four cartridges were recovered although same has not been mentioned in the seizure list and from the outer portion of Hasmuddin's house, other arms were recovered. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJMXIV, Gopalganj, in connection with Barauli P. S. Case no. 205 of 2017.
