2. The present writ application has been filed for issuance of direction to respondents especially Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to take appropriate action and to direct their subordinate to properly investigate the case and come to the conclusion as the Respondent Nos. 7 to 17 are the named accused persons against whom there is specific allegation in the case but they are moving freely and doing their duty with connivance of the official Respondents especially Respondent Nos. 5 and 6, especially when the Anticipatory Bail Application of Respondent Nos. 9, 11, 12, 16 and 17 have already been rejected by this Court in the years 2022 and 2023 and till now no action has been taken against them.

3. The S.H.O. of Khusrupur Police Station has appeared in connection with another case. The copy of the brief is being handed over to the S.H.O. of Khusrupur Police Station to take appropriate action against the persons whose anticipatory bail has been rejected by this Court.
