The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

It appears that similarly situated co-accused Rohit Kumar has been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.47616 of 2018.

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Buxar (M) P.S. Case No.168 of 2018, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial
