====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-10-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State.

Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Giriyak P.S. Case No. 213 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that merely on being relative petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation. No specific allegation has been made against these petitioners. The husband of deceased has surrendered before the court concerned on 09.07.2018 and remanded to judicial custody. This is a case of suicide. Petitioners have no criminal

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Biharsharif, Nalanda in connection with Giriyak P.S.
