Petitioner is accused in connection with Hulashganj P.S. Case No. 45 of 2015 registered under Sections 384 of the I.P.C. and 17 of the C.L.A. Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that similarly situated co-accused Pramod Sharma @ Prabhakar has already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 37775 of 2018 passed on 10.09.2018. Petitioner is in custody since 19.07.2018.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M.,
