Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S.Case No.101 of 2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 337, 323, 435, 436,427, 307, 332, 333, 353, 153(A), 295(A), 379 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitoner is named in the FIR. There is allegation of pelting of stones on the other sise while a communal tension disrupted at Aurangabad.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is one of the named accused out of 137 named accused persons and no specific allegation has been attributed against him.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad Town PS Case No.101 of 2018 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
