By order dated 07.12.2022, a report with regard to present status of the case and the time likely to be taken in conclusion of trial in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No.277 of 2019 was called for from the learned court below. Perused the report at Flag 'R'.

The learned In-charge Additional District & Sessions Judge-V, Barh has reported that only one witness in the instant case has been examined till date. The learned In-charge Additional District & Sessions Judge-V, Barh has further reported that the trial is likely to be concluded within 12 months.

Considering the nature of the offence and the report sent by the learned court below, I am not inclined to enlarge the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68401 of 2022(3) dt.15-02-2023 2/2 petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner is hereby rejected.
