2. In spite of last two orders passed by this Court, petitioner's counsel has not placed on record the order of the Lok Adalat.
3. This Court on 15.11.2022, has recorded the following order :-
Patna High Court CWJC No.701 of 2018(9) dt.29-11-2022 2/2 "On 10.10.2022, adjournment was granted to the petitioner for producing the order of the Lok Adalat, which has been referred to in CWJC No. 22478 of 2014.
Till date, order has not been placed on record. In absence of the order of the Lok Adalat, referred to in the earlier writ proceedings of the petitioner, it is not possible for this Court to assess the dues/entitlement of the petitioner.
As requested, by way of last indulgence, matter is adjourned to the next assigned date i.e., 22.11.2022."
4. In view of the aforesaid position, writ petition is dismissed.
