The petitioner has been in custody since 13.08.2018 in connection with Dhanaha P.S. Case No. 70 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201, 34of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is the mother-in-law and that the allegation is not specific against her, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran, in connection with Dhanaha P.S. Case No. 70 of 2018.
