The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No.446 of 2025 registered for the offence under sections 105 and 3(5) of the BNS, 2023.

As per the F.I.R., one patient died in a local hospital while being treated by a quack. The petitioner is also named as an accused and she is in custody since 18.07.2025. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a qualified nurse and she was employed in that hospital.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is a woman, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad / concerned Court below, in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No.446 of 2025.

At the time of furnishing the bail bonds, the petitioner will produce her certificate of registration as a nurse, which shall be verified by the court below. If it is found that the certificate produced by the petitioner is genuine then her bail bonds shall be accepted by the court below.
